Payment:The digital food package costs $150 for styling, photographing, and editing plus $15/hour plus expenses for cooking, shopping, ingredients, props and pre/post production meetings. This includes a Waiting for Gateau photo session with a seasoned photographer and your choice of photos that you can then upload to your professional website, use for your marketing campaign, or anywhere you wish. Before photography begins, we will contact you with an estimate for the cost of the food, special props, cooking, etc. You will be invoiced at the time the proofs are delivered. We accept cash, bank money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks. Personal checks will need to clear before the final product is delivered to the client. Full Payment is due before the final product is delivered. All payments should be made out to the name of "Chris Reynolds". Props: You are responsible for all unique props, flowers, table linens, etc. or for payment of the photographer aquiring such items. Our style is elegant and minimal. Most work, unless specified otherwise, will be on white china on a white background using natural light. Satisfaction Guarantee: Any complaint or dissatisfaction must be communicated in writing to chriscophoto@aol.com within 7 days of receiving the proofs. We will do our best to resolve any issues and may redo the photo shoot charging only the cost of the additional food. No refunds nor reshoots will be entertained, for any reason, after this 7 day period nor after delivery of the final products. Common Sense: Absolutely no drugs, alcohol, or smoking allowed in our photographers studio. Rights Retained: All original digital files/photos remain the property of the photographer regardless of whether they are "released" and may be used for digital/print promotional items by the photographer or Waiting for Gateau, l.l.p.. Advertising / Editorial Copy: If the photograph(s) are used for editorial or advertising purposes, the client shall grant the photographer two (2) copies of the final copy for his personal portfolio. Personal Information: Waiting for Gateau uses e-mail addresses and phone numbers submitted by clients for communication purposes only. No personal or business information is shared outside the relationship between Waiting for Gateau and the client. Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold Waiting for Gateau, it's subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, due to or arising out of your use of the Service. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Waiting for Gateau be liable to you, or any third party, for any indirect consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits arising from your use of the Service. Notwithstanding, anything to the contrary contained herein, Waiting for Gateau's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Waiting for Gateau for the service provided. Death or Disability: In the event of the photographer's death, or an incapacity of the photographer making completion of the work impossible, this agreement shall terminate. Force Majeure: If either party hereto in is unable to perform any of its obligations hereunder by reason of fire or other casualty, strike, act or order of a public authority, bankruptcy, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of such party, then such party shall be excused from such performance during the pendancy of such cause. In the event such inability to perform shall continue longer than 5 days, either party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to either party. Make a great first impression!
